Hotel is centrally located and just 5 mins walking distance from the marble arch station. I derived valued for the price i paid. Its very much affordable when compared with similar hotels in same location. For the price i paid, I will say it was worth it. I do not expect a 5 star treatment and services in central london by paying 220 pounds for five night stay. Staff were always cheerful and attentive and always strive to get it resolved. Contrary to other reviews, the area is quite cool and not noisy. Hotel has laundry machines at the basement with each room having a sink and its own bathroom. Coffee and tea with electric jug is in the room. Looks like the television doesnt work or I did not operate it well. Didnt bother to ask the staff for help anyways as I wont be using it nonetheless. Overal, it is a good value for money.

I honestly don't know why this hotel has such a low score - the staff were attentive on the app, and both guys I spoke to on reception were pleasant and professional. Firm-ish but comfortable single bed and a little en-suite shower and toilet enclosed like an airplane. Proper Tetley tea and I can't fault the cleanliness. Large sash window looking out onto a great traditional pub that I tried too. Close to the tube in an area with beautiful London architecture and I didn't feel unsafe after dark at all as a solo female traveller. Considering it's so central, it was very quiet at night on a small street. And it was the night we won the Euro semi final against Holland! No breakfast but you can walk 5 mins for a fry up at Marble Arch News or other places which are fancier.

The value for money is just incredible. For the price, my expectations weren’t high, but I certainly wasn’t expecting the double room with a bathtub that I got! It’s very rough around the edges, but all the facilities were convenient and functional. Comfy bed, clean bedding, great towels, hairdryer, telly… everything I needed. The location is fantastic, in a lovely quiet street, but not even a 5 minute walk from Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube. And the customer service is brilliant, really helpful, friendly and personal. I honestly can’t wait to stay again.

The location and the value for money is incredible! I didn't expect much considering the price, but the room was good size, bathroom was big, bed was good, room was clean and cozy. You can ignore many of the negative reviews here, there are no complains to have unless you booked with unrealistic expectations (!) -- you are getting a decent room, for an incredible price, in the center of London. Staff was also super friendly and helpful too! We will consider it for our next trip!
